At Pristine Body Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Please review our refund and return policy outlined below:

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges:
